Take Down Service

$25.00 deposit required

This service is per hr. ($55/hr) Take down of current hair style, shampoo, steam treatment and blow dry. The time depends on the hair style that is taken down. • 48 hour cancellation notice. • No shows will be charged for 2hrs for the selected service(s). **This service will be added for braids that have to be taken down before your booked service is received.**

Trim

Not a solo service. Must be added on to another service. Maintenance of healthy hair by trimming ends that are damaged/split, which will prevent growth of hair and potentially cause more damage. • 48 hour cancellation notice. • No shows will be charged.

Shampoo, conditioner, blow dry and hair braided down (Example: braid down for wigs.) 48 hour cancellation notice. No shows will be charged full price for selected service(s).

Steam Treatment

This is an add on service conducted after receiving a shampoo. Moisturizing conditioner is applied to the hair. Placed under a steam unit for 20 minutes with a plastic cap over the hair to open the hair shaft's cuticle layer for the conditioner and botanical oils can penetrate the cortex layer to hydrate, moisturize and condition the hair. Benefits: Moisturize hair, Support blood flow, Scalp health, Healthy hair follicles • 48 hour cancellation notice. • No shows will be charged.

Scalp Detox + Repair Treatment

Add on service. (This service must be booked at least 48hrs prior to appointment, for proper preparation of services.) Good for flaking, dry scalp, product buildup. - Clarify: cleanse - Steam: loosen buildup, open pores, soothe irritation - Soothing scalp treatment

Loc Detox

$25.00 deposit required

Deep cleaning, soaking treatment for locs. Helps to remove buildup from hair products, lint and environmental debris. With shampoo and conditioning. Including a steam treatment to add moisture into the hair.

Smoothing Treatment

Need your silk press to last? This is the perfect service. Smoothing Treatment is a gentle, semi-permanent conditioning service designed to soften texture, reduce frizz, and make hair more manageable; without fully straightening your natural curl pattern. Silk Press

$25.00 deposit required

Shampoo, conditioner, 10 min steam, blow dry, and flatiron Press products used. • 48 hour cancellation notice. • No shows will be charged.

Marcel Press

$25.00 deposit required

Shampoo and condition. Hair pressed with pressing comb and curled with Marcel irons. Not recommended for hair that has been lighten (bleached), hair with excessive damage or excessive thinning.

Roller Set

Shampoo included. Damp hair rolled, placed under dryer.

Crochet

Shampoo and condition included. Hair braided down, extensions crochet to a style. Natural Hair Two Strand Twist

Shampoo included. Hair is shampooed, blow dried. Natural hair twisted in two strands. Placed under hair dryer 20-30 minutes.

Natural Hair Rope Twist

Shampoo included. Hair shampooed, blow dried. Hair twisted to the scalp, into a style. (I.e twist up do in the back with curls in the front/ half twisted to scalp in front w/ individual twist in back) Placed under dryer. No hair extensions added.

Natural Hair Cornrows

Shampoo, condition, & blow dry. Natural hair braided to the scalp in a style. No extensions.

Microloc Consultation

$50.00 deposit required for new clients

Mandatory service. Booking only available AFTER questionnaire is complete and you have received an approval email from Hair By Yolanda. Microlocs are permanent, so be sure when booking, you are committed. Your consultation fee is your non refundable deposit fee, and deducted from the total cost of installment which is due on the day of installment service. Please do not book this service, unless you have completed the questionnaire and received a response to move forward with the microloc service.

Microlocs Installation

Installation of micro locs. $100/hr. Yes, the $200 deposit (2hrs) will be deducted. If you are here, than you have completed the questionnaire and consultation to move forward. We have discussed questions, concerns and hair care. The final cost includes the size of loc, the density of your hair, the length of your hair and the time it takes for the install.

Microloc Retie

$25.00 deposit required

This service is $45 per hour. The process time varies depending on length of new growth and any repairs that may be required during your appointment. Maintenance of microlocs. Shampoo and conditioning included.

Traditional Locs

Retwist (comb/palm rolled) the new growth of traditional locs. Shampoo included. Loc styling is separate with an additional fee. Please complete new client consultation for any client that has not previously received services by HBY. Goddess Faux Locs

Hair braided into individual braids with added curly hair at ends, wrapped with kinky afro hair. It is your responsibility to advise if you need stylist to collect the hair for the desired style. Cost of hair will be added to final payment at time of service. Human hair is the best option for the added curly/wavy hair.

Half Braids Half Sew In

Front half cornrow braids, back half sew in. Shampoo included. Suggested human hair for the sew in hair, I.e Saga Remy Gold, Empire It is your responsibility to advise that you prefer the stylist collect the hair for your desired style. Any hair purchased by the stylist is added to the final total at the time of service.

Microbraids

$25.00 deposit required

Protective style. Small braids with added hair. Freeform braiding (no straight line or grid parting). Suggested human hair Straight or Wet and Wavy It is your responsibility to advise that you prefer the stylist collect the hair for your desired style. Any hair purchased by the stylist is added to the final total at the time of service.

Box Braids

Protective hair style. Individual braids started at the root of the hair. It is your responsibility to advise that you prefer the stylist collect the hair for your desired style. Any hair purchased by the stylist is added to the final total at the time of service.

Boho Knotless Braids

Braids with added wavy human (recommended) hair. Any hair purchased for your style, is added to the final total. It is your responsibility to advise that you prefer the stylist collect the hair for your desired style.

Knotless Braids

Individual braids. Any hair purchased for your style, is added to the final total. It is your responsibility to advise that you prefer the stylist collect the hair for your desired style.

Color

Process of chemically changing the color of natural hair. Shampoo and blow dry included. ***$55/HR Consultation is required for color service. If eligible, the consultation fee is applied towards the hair color service total. Discuss if eligible for color process, maintenance, questions and concerns. ******** Single Color Process: This is a full-head color, often used to cover grays or create a new shade. Double Color Process (2 Step Service): Lightening (bleaching) of natural hair, then added color(s) of choice. Hair Lifting Process: Lightening of the hair, with no added color. Typically used for adding highlights.

Relaxer touch up with style

$25.00 deposit required

This is the starting price. Final cost depends on choice of style aside those listed below. Hair relaxer treatment of chemically processing the new growth of curly hair. Hair is styled after relaxer is complete. (I.e. Roller Wrap, Silk Wrap, Flat Twist, Roller set, Flat iron)

Partial Sew-in w/ leave out

Mani Pedi Spa Package

Let us bring the spa party to you. All manicure and pedicure supplies are provided by the nail tech for a fun and relaxing experience. Prices include basic manicure and pedicure, with one gel polish. Available add ons are listed. This is the perfect event for birthdays, girls’ day/night in, or self care celebrations. Book now and let the pampering begin. Deposit is due at time of booking. The deposit is half of the total. The remaining is due the day of the scheduled event. Invoices are sent to email. All packages include the set up and supplies of the tech to complete the spa services.
